Temple Emergency Action Corps

We are excited that you have expressed interest in becoming a member of the Temple Emergency Action Corps. TEAC is committed to educating the Temple University School of Medicine community and encourage potential members to explore the various sections of TEAC for ways to get involved.

To ensure that every TEAC member has developed core, sub-acute medical disaster relief skills, TEAC offers several electives for medical students. It is highly recommended that interested members complete the TEAC I or TEACH electives offered during the fall and spring semesters. Those students who wish to develop further first responder skills and a greater understanding of disaster relief systems can enroll in the TEAC II upon completion of TEAC I.

TEAC also hosts several, microclinics, health fairs, weekly health literacy talks and the annual Symposium that are open to students of all levels. There is something for everyone in TEAC and we look forward to working with you to make a difference.
