TUSM Event or Announcement Information Form

Please use the form below to submit an event for the TUSM TV screens in the Medical Education and Research Building. The information will also be added to TUSM's calendar of events.

Events or announcements must:
– be directly organized or sponsored by a TUSM department or office.
– be open to the School of Medicine or health system community (faculty, staff, students).

Fields in red are REQUIRED. Omitting required information may result in delay or exclusion of events listings.
