The Office of the University Registrar provides academic support at Temple University by maintaining the integrity of academic policies, records and student information systems. The founder of Temple University, Dr. Russell H. Conwell, believed that education should be available to anyone on the basis of their intellectual and personal motivation, regardless of their income.
