Step 1: Application Requirements

Step 2: Apply and Submit Supporting Materials

Please submit a paper application and send it to the RA and QA office.

Supporting Materials 

You will need the following information to complete the application form. 

  • Biographical data and work experience 

  • Dates that you attended all post-secondary institutions (including Temple University and the RA and QA graduate program, if applicable). 

  • Activities and accomplishments

  • Nonrefundable application fee of $75 for hard copy (payable by check)

International Applicants 

International students should review important information about applying to the School of Pharmacy. Applicants must submit the following. 

Application Deadlines 

You do not need to submit your application and supporting materials together, but your application and application fee should be submitted first before any other documents. 

Materials must be received by the following dates. 

  • Fall (September) admission: July 1  

  • Spring (January) admission: Nov. 1 

  • Summer (May) admission: March 1  

Step 3: Receive Reply 

Within two weeks of submitting your application and all supporting materials, please contact Jean Westbrook to verify that your file is complete.  

Once the admissions committee has received your materials, it takes a minimum of six to eight weeks before you will receive a final decision on whether you have been accepted.
