Philadelphia has 19 TV stations and more than 60 movie houses. In addition, the city hosts multiple film festivals, and several feature films are shot here.

Film Festivals
Graduate students can showcase their thesis projects at the Diamond Screen Film and Media Arts Festival, which exhibits film productions and other media art from the undergraduates and graduates in the Film and Media Arts program. Emerging filmmakers can find additional funding and exposure opportunities through various external festivals and programs.
