Garnet S. Shaw joined the Office of University Counsel in 1995. He handles general liability matters relating to personal injuries and automobile accidents in addition to sheriff’s sales, bankruptcies and mechanics' lien waivers.
Garnet began his paralegal career in the private sector with Joseph V. Restifo, Esquire, P.C., and the law firm of Bradley & Bradley before moving to the public sector with the City of Philadelphia Law Department.
A graduate of La Salle University with a B.A., in economics, Garnet received his Paralegal Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal and a member of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals.
