Lockers are available at within all Campus Recreation facilities and range from backpack lockers to lockers that can be rented for the semester.  

Backpack lockers can be found at

  • first floor of IBC Student Recreation Center,
  • second floor of IBC Student Recreation Center,
  • weight room in Aramark STAR (Student Training and Recreation) Complex, and
  • third floor recreation courts in Pearson and McGonigle Halls.

Day-use lockers (bring your own lock) can be found at

  • IBC Student Recreation Center, and
  • the basement of Pearson and McGonigle Halls.

Rentable lockers can be found at

  • IBC Student Recreation Center, and
  • the basement of Pearson and McGonigle Halls.

**Locker rental durations are built based on the day you rent your locker.  For example, if you rent an annual locker on January 15th, you will have that locker rented up through January 14th of the following year.  Campus Recreation sends monthly reminders for those scheduled to expire the following month, but it is strongly recommended that you make note of your expiration to remind you to renew.

Pearson/McGonigle Locker Room Policies

1. Padlock lockers are for day use only. Padlocks left on overnight will be cut.

2. Rental lockers with spin combinations are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit our Main Office, Suite 303 of Pearson/McGonigle Halls if you would like to rent a locker.

3. Campus Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Patrons must produce a valid Temple University issued identification upon request.

5. Non-matriculated minors (person under the age of 18) must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian, or an approved adult cleared through the university’s Minors on Campus policy.

6. All drinks must be in sealed, non-glass containers while in locker room.

7. Unauthorized use of camera/video/audio recording devices is prohibited.

8. Please turn off shower after use.

9. Respect the privacy, privileges, and property of others.

10. Please report any problems or suspicious activity to Campus Recreation staff or to security guard(s) located at main entrance of building.

11. Personal music playing devices must be used with headphones at all times.

12. If using SuiteMate to dry bathing suit, please use your hands to hold down lid. Do not sit on lid.

13. To ensure your safety and comfort – Please abide by these regulations. Failure to do so may result in the loss of privileges.
